You are not alone.

Image
Deuteronomy 31:8 Alot of people have heard this statement You are not alone,  but not all have gotten that comfort 😌. Taking a look at the Israelites when they were about to cross the Red sea, the Egyptians were coming behind them, while the sea was at their front. They were hopeless. Exodus 14:12.  At that time, they did not know God. In Daniel 11:32b, the Bible tells us that They that know their God shall be strong, and do exploit. Only Moses knew what God could do that is why he was strong. God is telling us that we are not alone. He is always there for us. The fact is that we do not give God the steering of our lives. Jesus said that He is able to bear your problems, and He will give you rest in Matthew 11:23.   For you to know that you are not alone, you need to have faith that God that God is around you. Also, Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. Romans 10:17. Note : God is always there for his children. If you want God's presence, you have to be ...

Prayer wall. (9)

When men uniformly agree on anything, the sky is literally below their limit and there’s no stopping the power of such a connection. The same principle applies to the children of God when we pray together in faith concerning anything, we are unstoppable. Another prayer wall edition is here again, why don’t you share your prayer requests  with us this weekend so we can pray about it together?                            With love,                                  MWJ🌸

Friendly reminders

Have you ever experienced this; you haven’t seen someone for so long that you can’t really remember the person’s face clearly in your mind but….you know for sure that the next time you see that person, you’ll recognise the face?? Anyways! A happy weekend to you, dear reader. Here are two points to ponder on; 1. See with your faith  In the book of 2nd Chronicles chapter 20, King Jehoshaphat needed help desperately and he ran to the Lord and He heard him as well as his people. The Lord assured him, just as he’s constantly assuring us today through his word, that everything is in control. The major point I’m trying to pull out is the fact they offered praises and thanksgiving to the lord before their physical eyes saw the victory. How amazing! It wasn’t even an instruction from God. We can all learn something from this today, Don’t wait until  after you get that job or something  before  you offer praises and thanksgiving to your Heavenly Father. Like the King Jehoshap...

Bearing Fruits That Leads To Repentance.

TEXT : Matt. 3:8, Gal. 5:22-23. Matthew 3:8 [8]Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance: Galatians 5:22-23 [22]But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, [23]Meekness, temperance: against such there is no llaw Repentance is when one decides to leave the desire of the flesh to follow God by obedience and accepting Him as one's Lord and Creator Just as a tree looks beautiful with it's flowers so it is when we have the fruit of the Holy Spirit. Although we will not get it all when we are just converted ,we would still have it as we continue to allow the Holy Spirit lead us. Let's look at the Fruit of the Spirit and what it exudes. 1). Love: it makes one care for others. 2). Joy: it makes one fix one's eyes on Jesus than the challenges e.g Abraham. 3). Peace: this ensures one is right with  God and man. 4). Longsuffering: this makes a person patient in God and will not be disappointed by God 5). Gentleness: this brin...

GAZE

2nd of November, 2023 Hii Dearies Happy New Month🤭!! I bless God for bringing us into another beautiful season of overflowing Grace. If you don't see it coming I want you to just believe because there is power in it.  So quickly, I will like to share with us a short story. Something happened recently that really made me worried. I was going through a difficult time. I was suddenly overwhelmed with fear. It got me thinking really bad that I started having serious headache. I prayed and prayed against the spirit of fear, I started confessing positive words to myself. It worked but later on I was still back to my thinking.  You may ask why didn't the fear stop since I prayed about it? Well my dearest, I thought so too but later on the Holy Spirit made me see that I didn't totally commit it to God. I prayed about it but yet I was sorting out for solutions to solve it myself. It was like me having a plan B.  When I finally realized, I was so solemn to the extent I could...
