Howdy?

It’s very common with the Christian man (or woman) to fall, how you’re going on a very consistent plane today and tomorrow it’s on backtrack that leaves you not wanting to commit anymore cos it keeps happening, today, I’ll leave with you Psalms 37:23-24 MSG which says “Stalwart(the godly, the righteous, a good man) walks in step with God; his path blazed by God, he’s happy. If he stumbles, he’s not down for long; God has a grip on his hand.”

So remember, for what’s left in this week and for the next, the righteous may fall seven times but there’s ALWAYS a provision to pick you back up so don’t beat yourself up, imagine yourself as a father or mother, if your child falls, no matter how many times you’ll run to pick them up and it gets to a point where you have to let them fall say for them to learn to walk and you as the parent know that it’s for their good so you’ll let them and if there’s an issue you’ll still run to pick them up. Remember that GOD IS FOR YOU, NOT AGAINST YOU.

I’m going to be real with you, being patient is hard. Whether it’s waiting for a text back, sitting in Lagos traffic, dealing with slow internet speed, or wondering when life will finally make sense, patience is one of those things we all wish we had but don’t enjoy developing. And yet, it’s a Fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23). Meaning, it’s something God expects to grow in us, not something we magically wake up with. But how do you stay patient when everything around you screams, “Do it now! Get it now! Why are you waiting?!” Why Do We Even Need Patience?
