You need to be F.A.T. for this journey!

‭Zechariah 4:6 KJV‬

[6] Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.

From academics to career wise to marriage to posterity. There are inseparable qualities that must not be found lacking in an individual that wants to be extraordinary, a leader that wants to be phenomenal and respected. What is needed? F.A.T.

You need to add more flesh if you want to be different, you can't run this race without this backing, in fact the man that God will use has to be F.A.T. What is the meaning of this? Faithful. Available. Teachable.

Faithful.

Are you trustworthy? Can someone give you a task with the assurance that it is already as good as done? Are you reliable? Are you responsible? Are you accountable for your words and actions? Are you a different person in the day and the night? Are you

Faithful? Are you Faithful to God and His will?

Available.

It's all nice when you are good at something, when you know something, when you are the go-to guy for that thing but what's the use if you don’t make yourself accessible and available? You need to be available to be used by God. You need to be available to be assigned a task. Are you available? Do you have sufficient power, force, or efficacy to achieve your purpose?

Teachable.

I know you are celebrated, in fact you are the guru in that field. Unopposed, as no one qualifies to be your competition. In your eyes, you probably do the most and constructive criticism isn't exactly your "forte". Are you teachable? Can you be corrected and taught the right direction or a better means of achieving something? Are you upset when a "rookie" suggests a means that is vividly lucrative? A wise man said, "Your leaders' suggestions are instructions." Can you submit to authority? Are you humble?

I pray that God will give us direction, speed and accuracy. That we are led by the Spirit of God all the days of our lives and we live for God and fulfill our destinies in Jesus' name, amen.

The grace of the Lord be with you all. Shalom.
