GRACE

TEXT:

Ephesians 2:5-6

[5]Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)

[6]And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:


Grace in Hebrew is translated as Chen which means showing kindness to another as Superior to an inferior. It also means, showing love or favour towards the undeserving. 

God has showed us Grace by sending His only begotten Son to die for us. It's not like we are worthy of it. He just favoured us. Grace can be received in many ways:

1). By believing Jesus.Ephesians 6:24

[24]Grace be with all them that love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity. Amen. (To the Ephesians written from Rome, by Tychicus.).

2). By being Humble.1 Peter 5:5......,: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble.

3). By accepting God's Love. Jhn. 3:16.

4). Through suffering and trials for those in God. Romans 8:28

[28]And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.


It's by God's Grace we overcome temptation and endure persecution. There are types of Grace one can receive from God when one serves Him. I implore you to serve Him because Grace has a lot of advantages, it can save, protect, deliver e.t.c

Serve God and enjoy His Grace!!!!

I’m going to be real with you, being patient is hard. Whether it’s waiting for a text back, sitting in Lagos traffic, dealing with slow internet speed, or wondering when life will finally make sense, patience is one of those things we all wish we had but don’t enjoy developing. And yet, it’s a Fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23). Meaning, it’s something God expects to grow in us, not something we magically wake up with. Everyone was made beautiful, irrespective of the world's standard of beauty.
