TEXT: Ephesians 2:5-6 [5]Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) [6]And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: Grace in Hebrew is translated as Chen which means showing kindness to another as Superior to an inferior. It also means, showing love or favour towards the undeserving.  God has showed us Grace by sending His only begotten Son to die for us. It's not like we are worthy of it. He just favoured us. Grace can be received in many ways: 1). By believing Jesus.Ephesians 6:24 [24]Grace be with all them that love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity. Amen.  Understand that You can be wrong.  Some times as Christians, we fail to see that we are human, and that we can make mistakes. We're too caught up in the "I'm too loaded" life that we forget we're still prone to making mistakes and failing. We fail to see that we can be in the wrong.  You can make mistakes, dearest. You're still human, so you have to be careful. Never forget that.  You're a child of God, but you are human, and you can fall. So please, do not be proud, but be humble in your dealings with men. Apologise when necessary, and ensure you do not try to justify yourself when you are obviously in the wrong. Take responsibility for your actions.  It's not just that you're a child of the Lion of the Tribe of Judah. You're also the child of the Prince of Peace. You are supposed to be a peacemaker, and you're supposed to be responsible, humble and kind.  May God help us in this walk of ours. Amen. ❤

Food is essential for daily living. Fruits are naturally ready-made food, the Bibles says that plants are given for the healing of nations. Statistics show that 82% of the meat we eat per year is in us and it settles as fat over time, we must be mindful of the meat we take. Physical food nourishes but it can also lead to destruction.  Food is designed to help and not to mar. The  negative impacts, however, are indigestion, too much sugar, it could be an enticement to lure you into a trap. Genesis 25:34, Genesis 3:1. One has to be careful, always make inquiries as to the content. Don't to allow food become the determining factor of your lives.  Hey brethren, happy new month!🤍 Now we all know about prayer so let’s get right into it. Prayer is the communication between man in the physical realm, and God in the spiritual realm. Prayer is a railroad through which all our needs are met. Prayer is the respiration of a spiritual man. Normally, a physical man breathes in oxygen, and breathes out Carbon(4)oxide so also, a  Spiritual man who prays breathes in the life of God, and breathes out the life of sin.   Note: Prayer is the invisible spiritual cable through which God's power flows. It is the joint venture between God, and man. It is necessary for us to pray, as the Bible instructed in 1 Thessalonians 5:17. There is nothing we can't get if we can pray, but this only implies to those who are already in Christ.
