The Gospel🤍

Hey there, how’s it been going? 

For me, I’ve just been moving with the Spirit of God, not like my spiritual life’s been perfect but each time I sin, I run back to the secret place. 

God has been teaching me a lot these past few weeks and He’s been showing me a lot and helping me learn so so much and one thing I’ve come to have a deeper understanding of is that God loves us. I mean we hear Jesus loves you one too many times but I tell you a lot of us don’t fully comprehend that, Christ is intentional about each and every human, look at Luke 12: 6-7, your value before God my dear is incomprehensible. Psalms 82:6 and John 10:34 tell me that I am a god and so are you.

Things don’t always go well for someone that truly identifies as a Christian (someone who has Christ in them), in fact as a Christian, it’s almost like you’re signing up for challenges, it’s kind of in the job description, but “No test or temptation that comes your way is beyond the course of what others have had to face. All you need to remember is that God will never let you down; he’ll never let you be pushed past your limit; he’ll always be there to help you come through it.”

Look at Luke 12:11-12, Mark 13:11, Matthew 10:19, in the same vein, God isn’t leaving you to do this alone, Jesus left the Holy Spirit with us but He won’t impose on us, we need to let Him in, He’s ready to help us, show us the way to go and everything else we need in this Christian race.

Matthew 6:26-28

Hey you reading this, I don’t know what you’re going through, I don’t know what’s happening right now, I don’t know the issues you’ve gotten into but I need you to find peace and rest in God’s unfailing and endless love, I need you to seek Him, “When you come looking for me, you’ll find me. “Yes, when you get serious about finding me and want it more than anything else, I’ll make sure you won’t be disappointed.” God’s Decree. “I’ll turn things around for you.””

I don’t know what more you’re looking for, someone that wants you to live right, do the right things, enjoy life, have peace, joy and everything good and spend eternity in a perfect place is knocking at your door, why won’t you open?

I urge you, the next time you feel alone, unloved, like your friends and family don’t care or understand you, go to God, remember that He loves you, loving as I have now learnt is not just a feeling, it’s not just about spending time watching movies or feeling butterflies, it’s more about the things that one overlooks because of someone, it’s the ‘despite’, Jesus on the cross wasn’t excited to be nailed but He loved us despite our sins, despite the fact that we don’t even give Him our all, if that isn’t love then love doesn’t exist. God doesn’t just love us, God is love.(1 John 4:16)

Please no matter the situation, remember that Jesus loves you, is always ready for you to come to Him(Jeremiah 29:12), desires fellowship with you, is always with you and is coming back soon to take His own to their home. This is the Gospel.
