AN ARM OR A LEG?

Have you ever thought about the bees and how each caste has its particular role and function? You probably haven't until now. If you're out there and you're wondering what your role or where your place is in the body of christ then it's not just you and this one is specifically for you.

Romans 12:4-5 For as in one body we have many members, and the members do not all have the same function, so we, though many, are one body in Christ and individually members one of another.

You might have felt this sudden hunger and energy to just go out there and just do something for the kingdom advancement but you just don't know what. It may look like all the departments in your church are contrary to your personality and therefore you can't minister effectively and to the best of your abilities. There is no doubting the fact that for you to be most effective, you must use your spiritual gifts and abilities in a way that best expresses your personality. It might not necessarily come to you when you're taking a shower or cooking your favourite meal that you will be more effective in a particular area than others that is why you should fix yourself in an area or different areas as the case may be and you will surely figure it out. However, always remember that everybody's effort counts no matter how little and indeed everyone is important.

If you're still not certain on where to go from here then this writer is telling you that "figuring it out" is a process so please don't just do nothing until then. As His word reminds us- the harvest is plenty but the workers are few.

Even while you're chilling and relaxing try to remember that His word says in Ephesians 4:4 that "There is one body and one spirit. And God called you to have one hope".

    With love,
