Key Verse: Philippians 4:6 “Be careful for nothing, but by everything in prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known unto God.” Anxiety is the fear of the unknown. It is a feeling of worry, nervousness or uneasiness. It is the opposite of being relaxed or at peace; fear of things that are not happening or about to happen, something about the future that you are not sure about. Worry actually doesn’t change anything; it prevents you from doing well. All you need is Jesus. You must know God through Jesus; all hope is not lost. If you do not want to suffer unnecessarily, choose your friends wisely. In Judges 14:5-18 , Delilah was in distress. It made her to live in fear.
